Sold per 15 meter (16.4 yard) spool, Braided Cotton Floss (formerly known as Ribbon floss) is a softly braided ribbon of organically grown cotton: very versatile and easy to use. Because of its special construction it can easily be stitched flat; it does not twist as much as some other ribbons used for embroidery. Used on a canvas, it covers the fabric very well without having to use more than one thread. It can be worked in any kind of ribbon embroidery, for any stitch and in freestyle textile work. By pulling one or more of the braided threads you can ruche it and thus achieve a dimensional effect. This new size spool will be available in all 40 colors, current colors available below.
