This Art Quilt discussion/study group (private, open only to previous class members) will continue extensive discussions regarding design and composition, critique and color, concept and experimentation. Each session is conducted via Zoom, hosted by Cyndi Zacheis. Your registration fee covers a total of four (4) sessions
About the Instructor: From vision to reality, everything about the quilt process engages Cyndi Zacheis: the initial flash of inspiration, the fabric choices, the design decisions and especially the quilting. Cyndi is an award-winning quilt artist whose work has been shown nationally. A BERNINA ambassador, Cyndi teaches locally and nationally, including at the International Quilt Association Festival in Houston and is a Juried Artist Member of SAQA. She co-founded two art quilt challenges: Power Suits and Arts & Old Lace, both of which traveled extensively. In addition to her own book, Creating Celebration Quilts, she has written for a variety of magazines and has appeared on Quilting Arts TV and The Quilt Show. Visit her website »
