Women's cooperatives in India spin together lush silk sari remnants that have been reclaimed from factory floors to create this gorgeous ""upcycled"" yarn. Knit (suggested needles US 9-15) or crochet with this beautiful fiber -- finished garments or projects should be hand-washed in cold water; lay flat to dry. Great too for embellishing, couching, use as art doll hair... or whatever your creative juices inspire!
