Perfect to use when creating metallic effect backgrounds and highlights using hand cut Cosmic Shimmer Gilding Flakes from Creative Expressions. This smooth, fluid adhesive remains tacky when applied to any craft surface until a medium — gilding flakes, glitter, pearl dusts, etc. — is fixed to it. Brush on or use the fine tip to apply directly to your surface. Can be applied to a stamp, then stamped onto card stock and covered with glitter or sponged through masks and stencils.
