This month, in addition to the regular flea market finds, Artistic Artifacts will be having a Vintage Linen Sale, with hundreds of items at bargain prices (cash only). The flea market and linen sale will take place Friday, July 13 and Saturday, July 14, from 7:00 am to noon.

Vintage bark cloth, wools and other fabric perfect for sewing and quilting have been rolled and priced! Vintage cotton clothing, circa the late 1800’s, and number of vintage hats and hatboxes round out the selection. Don’t miss this!

Kari McKnight Holbrook Classes — Rescheduled for January!

Well, we tried…but the power of too many vacations, the lack of power (electricity) caused by the derecho for so many areas, and conflicting/competing events stacked up against us. We heard from many people lamenting their inability to make this weekend’s classes with Kari McKnight-Holbrook, and in order to give everyone the opportunity to work with Kari, an award-winning mixed media artist and nationally known art instructor, we rescheduled her classes. They will now take place January 25-27 (Friday-Sunday). In addition to the three classes we already had planned, Kari will be offering two evening classes too — learn more!
