Participants will not only view demonstrations of authentic crafts and textile techniques, but print their fabric in multiple workshops! Taught by local artisans, these workshops will focus on a variety of block printing techniques using a vast multitude of hand-carved wooden printing blocks.

All Colouricious tour workshops take place in genuine block printing factories in Jaipur and remote villages, with instructors who have spent their working life block printing. At least five different block printing workshops will take place — and possibly more if the opportunity arises! This block printing workshops can include metallic paint, double and triple block printing, mitred corners, khadi printing and dabu printing.

In addition to block printing, you will tour incredible sites full of history, stunning palaces and interact with local block printers, shop keepers and more as you travel comfortably and safely in a private coach with your fellow textile lovers.
