We ask that participants register a minimum of one week in advance. While Artistic Artifacts is happy to accomodate last-minute registrations when possible, we must unfortunately cancel our classes/workshops if a minimum number of participants have not registered in advance (see more below). Registering early is also a courtesy that gives our instructors adequate time to prepare their class handouts, kits and supplies.

Your payment will be processed at the time you register online, or select your class while in the store. For those that prefer not to register online, a telephone or email request can reserve your spot, but please note that customers paid in full have first priority on class slots. Those who reserve a space without making the registration payment risk being bumped from the class if space requires.
Cancelling Your Registration
Please email: sales@ArtisticArtifacts.com if you cannot attend the class. When doing so, request confirmation that your email has been sent and received.
We will give you store credit in the amount of the class, less a $10.00 cancellation fee, IF the following circumstances occurs:
Artistic Artifacts reserves the right to cancel a class if the minimum number of 6 students is not met. You will be notified in advance and your enrollment fee refunded.
Your class enrollment entitles you to a 10% in-store discount on purchases during the class period. Classroom space is limited, so please advise family and friends that only attendees are allowed in the classroom.
For the comfort of others, please refrain from wearing heavily scented perfumes, colognes, creams, etc. Thank you.
We are working toward including all information on the web concerning your class, including workshop supply lists. If you have questions about the supplies necessary for your class, please email us.
If your class requires you to bring your own sewing machine, please make sure that it is in good working order and you are familar with its use, unless the class description notes it is geared toward beginners, as in our upcycled sewing classes. Remember to bring your manual, power cord, foot pedal and all necessary accessories. We advise that you practice setting up your machine and testing its use before the class. Inclement Weather Policy
We do not always follow Alexandria city/county school closing announcements. There can be many changes in the course of the day, and our instructors may come from areas that may experience different weather conditions. Call us at 703-823-0202, ext 213, if you have any doubt.
